The Expansion Plan
The Chennai being regarded as an IT Hub and many infrastructure developments happening in and around city. The real estate demand is not expected to downslide. There has been a gradual shift from the traditional buying pattern of “book and wait” to “ready to move”. There is very much high demand for the flats in and around Chennai.
The East Coast Road is the scenic beauty of Chennai. Neelankarai is one of the important land marks is the East Coast Road. There is 115 grounds of vacant land “prime Property” is available in Neelankarai. The MTDD Builders had first round of negotiation with the land owner. The MTDD Builders plan to construct multi-story Apartments. There is good demand for apartments in the Neelankarai location. We are hopeful to market the apartments within the stipulated period.
